BASIC INFORMATION

This cleaning services agreement shall serve as evidence of the complete terms and conditions under which the parties whose signature appear bellow in "RECEIPT IF CLEANING SERVICES AGREEMENT" section have agreed. Candy's Pink Tornado Cleaning Service shall be referred to as "cleaning company" and parties listed above in "CLEANT NAME(S)" section shall be referred to as "clients". Cleaning company agrees to provide the following services to clients as outlined and provided in this agreement, at the address provided above in the "CLIENT ADDRESS" section of this agreement.

TERMS AND PAYMENTS

Clients agree to pay a total of $______. A nonrefundable deposit will be due prior to services being provided. The deposit amount is $______. The remaining balance of $______ will be due upon completion of services. The cleaning company will not be reimbursed for any expenses incurred in connection with providing the services of this agreement. Any late payments from the clients will incure a fee of 20% per month on the amount still owed. Cleaning company accepts payments in cash (USD) and credit cards.

APPOINTMENT INFORMATION

Appointments can be made via phone and/or email only. The scheduled appointment time, or the recurring appointment is listed below. Clients agree to pay a cancellation fee of $______ if appointments are cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Appointment time changes must be put in writing.
